Ms Paula Bass Institute of Professional Development is a sister organization of Modernage Public School and College located in the main campus of Modernage Boys College. It is being constituted with the conviction that it will serve the very purpose of equipping the teachers with the appropriate skills of undertaking the task of teaching and learning in the classroom in the light of modern approaches and techniques in order to ensure effective and conducive classroom environment.

In order to conduct its programmes, the administration of Modernage will exert all its energies and resources to engage resource persons for vried subjects and their challenging areas.
